Italian Entrepreneurs bring 4 original works
of Leonardo Da Vinci to Sister City
PRESS RELEASE from the Consulate General of Italy in Chicago

4 original machines designed by Leonardo da Vinci are flying to Chicago in the next few days, for their first Trans-Atlantic flight ever.
They are part of an Exhibit called: "Italian Ingenuity in Industrial Design", organized by ASSOLOMBARDA, the Milan-based Manufacturing Association.
This Exhibition will be inaugurated Wednesday June 12th 2002 at the John David Mooney Foundation (114 W.Kinzie, Chicago). It will remain open to the public for only 4 days. This is due to the Italian regulations on historical artifacts, requiring their retrieval  in a very limited time span.
ASSOLOMBARDA is coming to Chicago, Milan's Sister City in the U.S.A., for a Business-to-Business series of meetings, organized by the Italian Trade Commission. Nearly 20 Italian companies are involved in the program.
This is the first high profile promotional event made by the Italian entrepreneurs from Lombardy in Chicago, a city they consider to be their natural gateway for expanding their business relationships with America.
