Napolitano & Pelosi Honored by LULAC -Hispanic American Group
The ANNOTICO Report

LULAC -( League of United Latin American Citizens) at its Annual Gala last night, honored
three persons. Two of those three,  were Italian Americans, including the top Presidential award going to Congresswomen Grace Napolitano, (CA-38th-Sante Fe Springs -LA).

One of the two National Legislative Awards was awarded to Congresswoman  Nancy Pelosi, (CA-8th-San Francisco) Leader of the House of Representatives and the first woman in American history to lead a major party in the U.S. Congress

In further researching LULAC, I observed LULAC will be having their Annual 4 day Convention in July in San Antonio, Texas, of speakers, workshops, and panels to promote
Hispanic Unity, and further the community's goals. The almost 1/4 million dollars of Sponorships  is impressive. See Below.

In addition to LULAC, the Hispanic Community has an impressive number of extremely well funded Activists Organizations including, but certainly far from limited to, MALDEF, La Raza and MEChA.
