Christmas in Italy is mainly a religious holiday, that is rich in tradition
and history, with the celebration centered around the nativity scenes in
church and home. Italian customs and traditions add so much to the
beautiful celebration of Christmas in America for families of Italian
heritage and help teach the younger family members about the value of their
Italian heritage.

This coloring and activity booklet will teach children about some of the
customs and traditions of Christmas in Italy such as il presepio, la Befana,
and Babbo Natale.

Children will learn the Italian language as they color the picture
dictionaries and vocabulary word images - and complete the connect-the-dots,
word search, maze, color by number activities, and more.
