Cooking School Vacation in Florence, Italy

The ANNOTICO Report

Although I am most curious about the various ingredients and how they are prepared, I really don't have either the patience or the artistry that it takes to become a good cook.

Yet I can see how the idea of taking a Cooking Vacation in the Heart of Italy with "Authentic" instructions would appeal to many.

My best culinary vocabulary is "What's for Dinner?" :) :)
