It's another Sunday on the relaxing shores of Malibu. This time, the BeachBody House, hosted by the Silver Spoon, has put away its tennis rackets and footballs to make way for pastel flowers, champagne flutes and pampering stations in honor of my E! cohort Giuliana DePandi's bridal shower.

"I knew it would be nice, but I didn't know it would be this  nice," the E! News cohost says of the girlie soiree. "It's the ultimate bridal shower." Indeed, Giuliana's best buds?manager Pam Kohl and Style Network's Bobbie Thomas?have gone the whole nine yards to ensure the bride-to-be has the most fabulous day possible. They've filled the serene space with close friends and family, including Giuliana's lovely Italian parents, her sister Monica and her soon to be mother-in-law. (Giuliana will be marrying fianci Bill Rancic in Italy this September.)

While pregnant Samantha Harris rests her tootsies in the pedicure cabana, I decide to take a walk on the beach.

Before I get up the courage to say hello to the Friends  stars, Giuliana's lunch is served by Patina Catering. While everyone is noshing on lobster Cobb, heirloom tomato salad and cream puffs, the man of the hour enters with his pops.

The first Apprentice  winner immediately greets his love, and everyone swoons. "You guys are a hot couple," Daily 10's Debbie Matenopoulos says under her Sophia Loren-style hat. "Like a Land's End ad." The two do look perfect together. Italy won't know what's hit it.

William "Bill" Rancic (born May 16, 1971) is an American entrepreneur who was the first candidate hired on national television by The Trump Organization at the conclusion of the first season of Donald Trump's reality business show, The Apprentice  He is the first Apprentice  winner.

Rancic was born in Chicago, Illinois, grew up in the suburb Orland Park, of Croatian and Irish extraction. He went to St. Michaels School in Orland. He attended Carl Sandburg High School

Rancic attended Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois for his freshman year of college, majoring in Criminal Justice with a focus on going to Law School. During this time Rancic's father took a teaching job at Loyola University Chicago, allowing Rancic the free tuition benefit enjoyed by all dependents of faculty members. He eventually received a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University, graduating cum laude in 1994.

He started his own cigar business, which helped him negotiate the price of a cigar during one of Trump's tasks of negotiation.

As a result of being the first reality TV star to be hired on national television, Rancic had three minutes to decide which project to manage while in front of an audience of nearly 60 million viewers. Rancic elected to take charge of the construction of the Trump Tower Chicago in his native Chicago, Illinois, on the site of the demolished Chicago Sun-Times building. The other option he had was to oversee and manage a new Trump National Golf Course and resort in Los Angeles, California. The Trump National course was a potential site for season 6 when it is filmed in Los Angeles during 2006.

Bill Rancic said that after his one-year contract expired for being Donald Trump's Apprentice, he would leave the job and start his own company. He instead has opted to remain part of the Trump Organization, and now fills in as a judge when George is away on business. This occurred very often during the fourth season. Rancic occasionally offers advisory sessions to winning teams to help them further improve.

Rancic currently lives in Lincoln Park, Chicago. December 15, 2006, he became engaged to E! News co-host Giuliana DePandi They plan to wed September 1, 2007, in Ravello, Italy .
