Snooki's Lawyer paints her as a "Saint", but Judge apparantly knows her reputation, but yet gives her LIGHT Sentence
Lawyer overlooks her "notorious" weekly drunken, rowdy, obnoxious, brawling behavior and says "incident" was anomoly. 
He also cites a LIFETIME of  Charitable and Humanitarianism LOL

(NECN: New Jersey) - MTV reality star "Snooki" made a court appearance this afternoon. 

Nicole Polizzi from the show "Jersey Shore" pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct charges of being a public nuisance and annoying others on the Seaside Heights beach in late July. 

Judge Damian Murray imposed a $500 fine, and two days of community service. Polizzi received credit for one day of  community service at a local zoo. 

"I would definitely like to apologize to the Seaside cops, when I saw what happened and everyone told me what happened very embarrassed," Polizzi told the judge. "This is not like me I have never been in this situation before."

Judge Murray questioned if her acts were scripted, which Polizzi denied. 

"If this was your idea of having a good time, it appears your recent celebrity has apparently affected your judgment in this matter," said Murray. "You seem to be acting like a Lindsay Lohan wannabe in this matter."

"Jersey Shore" chronicles the carryings-on of a group of hard-partying, 20-something Italian-Americans. The reality show is on its third season of taping.
