Tens of thousands of Italians, along with  Eighty World Leaders such as Vice President Joe Biden, joined the festivities in Rome in celebration of the Re Unification of Italy 150 years ago. March 17 , 1861.  The Powerful and Prosperous Italian City-States of the Renaissance  were Dismantled by 1527 by various European Empires such as France, Austria,Spain, and Britain, Italy was fragmented for about 330 years.
