I had this idea that Italians took being cuckolded VERY seriously.
Perhaps not Murder, but maybe Castration????
To find out that previously you could not even insult your wife's lover, I 
was in shock!!

APPEALS COURT LETS STAND DECISION THAT PERMITS 
CUCKOLDED HUSBAND TO INSULT BOTH WIFE AND LOVER

As of today, a cuckolded husband can legally insult his wife's lover as well 
as his wife. This is what emerges from a Supreme Court decision which 
acknowledges the legitimacy of a betrayed partner's "state of rage." 

Until now, it was possible for a betrayed party to verbally insult only his 
or her spouse or partner. With this new decision, a husband who finds his 
wife in bed with her lover can now launch a string of insults targeted at 
both parties of the cheating couple. 

The Court refused to review the case of Marco P. who was appealing an earlier 
decision absolving Egidio S. of any wrong-doing for having called the 
appellant "a worm and a coward." Egidio S. had discovered his wife's 
encounters with Marco P. on numerous occasions. 

RAA Post Script: Egidio had discovered Marco NUMEROUS times with his wife!!
And the BEST he could come up with was "Worm" and "Coward" ???? Egidio is 
sadly in need of expanding his vocabulary!!!!

But WHY is he still sticking around?????
