On the heels of yesterday's reporting of OSIA's Annual Award to Joe Mantegna,
today we have NIAF's appointing Mantegna as their Spokesperson.

It pleases me no end that Mantegna receive such deserved plaudits.

Mantegna's insistence that his Supreme Court Justice character (who is
extremely noble) be designated Italian American, and ALSO insist that an
episode "expose" the dangers of "automatic" association of I-A = crime.

It gives me pause, that Mantegna seems to be the ONLY I-A actor of the
community that has done the obvious!!! Can we convince other I-A actors???
Would he be the best person to contact other IA actors?? Is NIAF and OSIA
willing to make this a major effort??
