Thanks to Bill Del Cerro

Yesterday, Wednesday (June 19), AIDA made their appeal before a panel of 3
judges regarding the dismissal of their lawsuit back in September.

Co-counsels Enrico Mirabelli and Michael Polelle were alternately forceful
and thoughtful; the AIDA lawyers kept pushing.

"First Amendment" and "Advisory opinions aren't binding" (can't be legally
enforced).

We'll have a decision soon (perhaps a month?) If it's no, AIDA can still
petition the IL State Supreme Court, but then...it's 3 strikes and we're out.

Keep your fingers crossed!
