If you live in the NYC area, do yourself a favor and request Geoffrey Claroni to place your name on his NY Community Calendar Email List.

I can not with good conscience retransmit this Calendar each time it is issued because such a small % of my List resides in the NYC area.

It is shame that every city with a large Italian American population doesn't have
this same type of Calendar service.

It's even a bigger shame that The National Italian American PORTAL, (that I have often proposed, and long been in the process of developing a prototype), would include 30 different I-A City Sites, that would of course include at the very least,
such a Calendar.

"Italy at St. Louis" is the best example of an I-A City Site that I have seen,
and there are all too few even in existence.

Pinocchio
Two-time Academy Award-winner Roberto Benigni brings one of the world's most
famous and beloved tales magically to the screen with Pinocchio.  Written
by, directed by, and starring the irrepressible comic genius.  Set in the
1880s, this is a classic story of a wooden puppet that comes to life.
Despite guidance from the beautiful Blue Fairy (Nicoletta Braschi) and the
love of his father, Geppetto (Carlo Giuffré), Pinocchio's curious spirit
leads him into one wild adventure after another.  Using Carlo Collodi's
original masterwork as its source, the film is an enchanting and magical
