Ciao Italian Club Literature Seminar Participant:
Just to remind you that the next session of our three-session lecture/discussion series on the life, poetry, and drama of Gabriele D'Annunzio, presented by Professor Anthony Perrone, will be this Wednesday evening, April 10. At this session, readings of selected D'Annunzio poems will be given in Italian with English language translations provided. Followed by discussion in English and Italian. Don't miss this rare opportunity to learn about the life and sample the work of this fascinating individual, one of the most important writers of modern Italian literature. The session will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Southwest Bank, located at Kingshighway and Southwest Avenues. There is no charge to attend the lectures and all are invited. Looking forward to seeing you next Wednesday. Gene Mariani, Italian Club of St. Louis |
