Il plico elettorale che hai ricevuto contiene tra altre cose 5 elementi critici:
1: Il certificato elettorale dal quale devi tagliare il tagliando e ritornarlo;
2: una busta preaffrancata;
3: una busta bianca;
4: scheda #1 (blue);
5: scheda #2 (arancione).
 
 

The envelope you have received contains among other things 5 critical items:
1: The Electoral Certificate from which you will detach and return the lower slip;
2: a postage paid return envelope;
3: a white envelope;
4: Ballot Form #1 (Blue);
5: Ballot Form #2 (Orange).

Per votare apri ambedue schede elettorali e traccia un segno sul rettangolo della scheda che contiene la risposta prescelta (SI o NO) utilizzando ESCLUSIVAMENTE una penna che scriva con colore nero o blu. Non mettere alcun altro segno sulle schede pena la nullità del voto.
 

To vote, open each ballot and make your selection marking one of the boxes (SI or NO), using a blue or black color pen ONLY. Do not make any other marks on the ballots or they may be void.

Ripiega e metti entrambe schede nella busta bianca più piccola che dovrà essere chiusa e sigillata.  Non mettere niente altro in questa busta e non mettere alcun segno di riconoscimento pena la nullità del voto.
 

Fold back both ballots, insert them in the smaller white envelope and seal it.  Do not include anything else in the white envelope or mark it in any way or your ballot may be void.

Cut the lower slip from the Electoral Certificate

La busta bianca sigillata ed il tagliando del certificato elettorale vanno messi nella busta preaffrancata.  Si raccomanda di non apporre né sulle schede né sulla busta sigillata né sul tagliando alcun segno di riconoscimento, pena la nullità del voto. Sia la busta sigillata che le schede devono essere integre. SULLA BUSTA PREAFFRANCATA DA RESTITUIRE ALL'UFFICIO CONSOLARE NON VA RIPORTATO IL MITTENTE. Tale busta deve essere restituita per posta all’Ufficio consolare al più presto possibile e comunque non oltre la data richiesta. 
 

The sealed white envelope containing your ballots and the slip from the Electoral Certificate go inside the postage paid return envelope.  The ballots, envelopes and tear-away slip must be free of any identifiable marks, otherwise the vote will be nullified. Both the sealed envelope and the ballots must be intact (no staples, clips, etc.). DO NOT INDICATE THE SENDER ON THE PRE-STAMPED ENVELOPE RETURNED TO THE CONSULAR OFFICE.  The envelope must be promptly returned by mail and be received at the consular office by no later than the date indicated.
