July of 2003 we started our bi-monthly Gourmet Dinner Series, dedicated
to the rich regional cuisine of Italy. The first dinner "An evening in
Italy" was a sellout. We increased the number of seats for the September
dinner "An evening in Taormina" which was also a sellout and a great success,
and for November we offered a "Taste of Tuscany".
After
the successful 2004 beginning in January with "An evening in Naples", we
moved North in March to the culinary capital of Italy with "An Evening
in Bologna". In May we highlighted all of Italy again with another
"Evening in Italy" and for July we are returning to the Naples area to
feature a famous Sorrento restaurant: "La Favorita". This special
dinner will take place on Tuesday, July 27, 2004 from 5:00 P.M. on.
