Friday, May 9 St. Ambrose Mass and Picnic Berra Park

Mass will be celebrated in Berra Park at 6 p.m. Following the Mass, there will be a picnic and music by the Italian Community Band. Please bring your BBQ pits, food and drinks and join us for this enjoyable celebration. This is one of many planned events in celebration of the parish's 100th Anniversary.

"Venetian Ospedali" The concert by the St. Louis Women’s Chorale is being held at a venue of typical Italian architecture and is a tribute to the choral music written for voice and strings from 1500 to 1800 for the girl's schools and orphanages of Venice. Time: Sat. May 17 at 8p.m. - Sun. May 18 at 3p.m.

Union Avenue Opera Theatre’s Ninth Summer Season opens with concert performances, in English, of Franz Lehàr’s delightfully charming The Merry Widow June 6, and 7 at 8 PM and June 8 at 3 PM. UAOT veterans Patricia Andress, Patrick Hogan and Stephanie Tennill will sing the roles of Hanna, Danilo, and Valencienne. Tickets are $20.
