Gioacchino Rossini’s delightful, sparkling, comic opera
of the fairy tale, Cinderella, is full of bubbling fun, wit, speed, and
grace. Cinderella, goodness personified, is a perfect foil for her
two stupid, vain, and cruel stepsisters. The distinguished cast more
than fulfill the vocal demands of the music. (2 hours, 44 minutes)
